MUMBAI: After the trailer of David Dhavan’s ‘Chashme Baddoor’ hit the Internet, enthralling us with its ‘Har ek friend, kamina hota hai’, Viacom 18 Motion Pictures’ has released the first look poster of the film.
The bright and colorful poster looks fresh and youthful. The cast including Ali Zafar, Siddharth, Divyendu Sharma and Taapsee Pannu are seen seated on a cute scooty. Bollywood newbie Tapsee makes a statement dressed in a funky Goan look. The tagline of the film reads ‘Har Ek Friend Kamina Hota Hai’.
‘Chashme Baddoor’ which is slated for an April 5, 2013 release, is a remake if the 1981 hit ‘Chashme Buddoor,’ starring Farooq Shaikh, Deepti Naval, Rakesh Bedi, Ravi Baswani and Saeed Jaffrey.
David Dhawan who’s last directed ‘Rascals’(2011) was a huge flop, is back on the field, and is expected to create a laughter riot with ‘Chashme Baddoor’.
