Salman Khan Made Kangana Ranaut Say Yes For Katti Batti

Kangana Ranaut has been on cloud nine since her last box-office success ‘Queen‘. She had proved the media, the directors and the actors that in today’s world it is not the hero or the budget that attracts the audience to the theatres. She managed to make a movie which totally rested on her shoulder; her acting and story to run in theatres turned into a huge hit. Since then there is no turning back for Kangana.

Kangana has always been choosy about her career choices and when she was approached by Nikhil Advani for ‘Katti Batti‘, she was a bit skeptical about saying yes. She would always shy away from saying a no by saying that she is still in the process of reading it.

Nikhil had no hopes from her end as he recalled, “I had made a film like Chandni Chowk To China (2008)” No wonder he knew she might just politely decline the offer, but then the magic happened.

Salman Khan came as a rescuer and asked Kangana to read the script without pre-notions. She kept her prejudices aside and once she read the script she was all on-board. She said yes for ‘Katti Batti’ finally thanks to her good friend and advisor Salman Khan.

When we asked Nikhil how he felt he stated, “I felt everyone was doing me a favour by being a part of my film. I felt that especially after Kangana finally said yes to me.” Well all is well that ends well. The movie is ready and almost on the verge of release, the audience is already attracted thanks to all the promotions and chart topping songs.
