Midday yesterday, was that fateful moment when finally Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees trailer was out. Since then the viewer counts in a move. Amongst much hype and curiosity, the superstar launched the trailer along with co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui at a live launch event.
It was played for fans of the superstar who had gathered at some selected cinemas in Mumbai for the exclusive screening of the first trailer! The movie is set in 1980s Gujarat and based on the life of criminal Abdul Latif, and SRK plays the role of the protagonist ‘Raees Alam’, the criminal with a golden heart. Siddiqui plays a role of a cop who is chasing and tracking down SRK to bust his illegal racket.
Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film also stars Atul Kulkarni, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Pakistani actor Mahira Khan and Sunny Leone.
